Our Shipping Method:
We ship via UPS (Ground, 3-day, 2-day and Next Day), but we do offer US Postal Service for Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. territories, like Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.
Our Shipping Prices:
Our shopping cart has a built-in shipping calculator, which gives you real-time, accurate shipping methods and costs. During your Check-Out process, you'll see a selection box that shows shipping methods and costs for your shipping address. Which ever one you choose, will be the shipping cost that gets added to your order, and you'll see that on the final Check-Out page.
Sales Tax:
We must charge Washington state sales tax for all orders shipped to Washington state addresses.
Shipping Outside the U.S.:
We will ship to Canada and most other countries.
Our Processing Time:
We process orders and ship them Monday thru Friday, between 11am and 4pm (Pacific Time). From the time we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped out within 24-48 business hours (that does NOT include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays). However, there is a chance that if your order comes in by 11am on a Business Day, it may ship out that same day.
Delivery Time:
We are located in Washington state, so here is the Average Delivery Time, once your order ships out:
Washington, northwestern Oregon, northwestern Idaho: 1-2 business Day
The rest of Oregon & Idaho, CA, NV, UT, MT: 2-3 business days
AZ, CO, WY, ND: 3-4 business days.
The central states, from NM, northern TX, up thru MN and WI: 4-5 business days.
Southern TX and the rest of the mid-western states: 5-6 business days.
Eastern states: 6-7 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The first Business Day is the first day AFTER the order ships out, and that does NOT include Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays. So, if your order ships out on a Friday, the first Business day is Monday (unless it's a legal holiday). If your order ships out on a Wednesday, the first Business day is Thursday.
